So one of our stops in the tour of Thailand was this Portuguese settlement. These people brought to Thailand those absurdly spicy peppers! So we saw this half built monument and saw the remains of the original structure. And then we saw this.
This is not an illusion. Yup, those are skeletons. They are not even fully buried! Amazingly, I didn't blink. I thought that these people could have been treated more respectfully, but hey, it's not my problem!
