Pasadena Water and Power Ranking

So I got this letter from the Pasadena Water and Power.  They rank you compared to your neighbors in "efficiency ranking"  Apparently out of 100 people I am at ranking number #69.  My last bill for $141.47 FOR TWO MONTHS OF ELECTRICITY.  So as far as I am concerned, that is not a whole lot, so I am pretty happy with it.  Apparently Pasadena Water and Power is not impressed.  Did I mention that PWP said my ranking was DECLINING?  Are you kidding me?  I should write them a letter to bitch about them wasting paper and ink is bad for the environment.
