Street Sweeper on the 210 Freeway

So I was on the 210 freeway, and I have noted there have been numerous traffic jams caused by stupid street sweepers in the middle of the day in the carpool lane.  This happens at least once a week randomly.  It happens in Pasadena, Arcadia, or Monrovia.  So this posting is a rant of the B.S. these people are doing.

See that stupid street sweeper?  Behind that, there were several police cars going 20 MPH or so causing a traffic jam several miles long.  This latest incident was today in Monrovia.

At 11:36 in the mutherfucking morning.  Are you kidding me?  Seriously this shit is not necessary.
